The University of Illinois offers several excellent study abroad programs in Scandinavia. The Scandinavian Program has established strong relationships with study abroad programs at Uppsala University in Sweden, Oslo University in Norway, and the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen. Here you can take courses in both English and modern Scandinavian Languages that can be used to complete the Scandinavian Studies Concentration for the Major in German or the Minor in Scandinavian Studies. Some scholarships are available.
