We offer our graduate students several funded opportunities to conduct research and (on select programs) to teach at German and Austrian universities. We maintain a regular exchange with the Universität Greifswald. And, graduate students also travel regularly to European archives and universities with the support of external (Fulbright, DAAD, etc.) and internal sources (School of Literatures, Cultures, and Linguistics fellowships, departmental fellowships, Dissertation Completion fellowships, and summer research support). Faculty mentor graduate students in the preparation of grant and other funding applications.
