Biography

Mihir Madye is a Ph.D. student in German since Fall 2025. He earned his B.A. and M.A. in German Studies from the University of Mumbai, India. His current research investigates how literature deals with death, grief, and mortality in particular. He is also interested in how literature negotiates marginality, relationality, and the shifting boundaries of the human within the broader debates in critical and cultural theory.
